Are your products authentic and guaranteed?
Our products are authentic, coming with original wrappings from the manufacturer company, and with a 24 months warranty. Inside the package you will find the a warranty certificate numbered by the producing company of the items or (some companies do this) on the lamp itself you will find a code number to indicate the traceability of the item, or like in Venini’s case, each item is signed on the glass by the glass master who made it.

How can I place an order?

Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all of the prices featured on our website include VAT, you will only have to add the shipping costs.

Can I invoice my purchased items?
Of course, when filling the form with delivery details, add your VAT number and the fiscal code of your company even if it is the same as your VAT number and upon delivery you will be emailed the invoice in PDF format to the address you notified while purchasing.

How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary according to the items, the size of the package and the number of items necessary to build the products, or for multiple shipping.
Shipping costs are automatically estimated upon placing an order and they are clearly stated on the ads when clicking on the link Estimate Shipping Costs that appears on every page with the products description.

Why am I asked my phone number and email address as obligatory field?
For the delivery to take place, it is important that you give us a phone number where we can always find you and an email address. Without phone number and email address we cannot proceed with the shipment because UPS automatic invoice system does not proceed with the shipment.
UPS will come up to 3 times and does not take into account waiting time at their depot but requires a phone number.

When will I receive my order?
Our delivery times vary according to our items availability, whether they are in stock or they must be ordered.

For items in stock the order is processed immediately and shipped and delivered in 2/3 working days.

For items we need to order, the order is processed immediately but the estimated delivery time may vary subjected to its kind, colour and manufacturer…
For items we need to order the estimated delivery time to our depot is 25 working days. We will ship and deliver it to the customer’s address in 2/3 working days.

We will notify the customer on the estimated time for delivery upon placing the order.

All items are shipped the next day from when we receive them from the manufacturing company, Saturday and Sunday excluded. Couriers deliver from Monday to Friday.

What kind of delivery do you offer for my item(s)?
We ship our items with UPS or TNT express courier.

Will I be notified in advance about the shipment of my ordered items?
Considering that we deal with ordered items with a variable waiting time, SISTEMI DI LUCE always warns by email or telephone to make sure that someone will be at the receiver address to take the items. If you prefer to have the items delivered to a different address, please state clearly in the alternative address field where we should deliver the items.

Can I choose the delivery time?
We offer the chance to insert a note on the delivery papers stating your preferred time for delivery, although this does NOT GUARANTEE that such time will be respected.

What happens if I am not present upon delivery?
If the courier finds no one to retrieve the items upon delivery, they will leave a note of their coming stating the free phone number to contact to agree on a new delivery.
After coming three times, the customer will be charged an extra for the waiting time at the courier’s depot.
The courier will come another 2 times, and upon coming the third time they will phone to agree on a new delivery time.

Please keep in mind that the courier will come up to three times, after which you will be charged for waiting time according to how many days the items will have to wait in the courier’s depot.

Can I retrieve the items? Do you have one or more shops?
Yes, you can order and retrieve the items in person at our shop in Adro (BS) after fixing an appointment.

Can I exercise the right to withdraw my order?
Of course, according to the Decree n 185 issued on May 22nd, 1999, “Carrying out of the directive 97/7/CE concerning customers’ safety about long distance contracts” you have right to withdraw from the item you purchased online (see also the page about Withdraw Right)

Can I buy at a price without VAT?
No. We are not regular exporters hence we cannot issue an invoice without VAT.
