The reason is simple: Achille Castiglioni's creation provides a starburst lighting pattern on the wall. An effect that reminds the stylized sun that we all drew when we were kids. on an elegant and simple design characterized by classic shape and white color. A circular reflector and a half-circular rounded screen, both made in white powdercoated
pressed aluminium, form the “visible” part of Giovi; a special pressed steel structure placed behind the reflector allows the “magical” light reflection in many rays that spread all around the lamp. Giovi's diameter is of 27,5 cm.
