A name that doesn't need to be explained. Tau by Flos is a wall light in the shaped of... a “tau”, the letter of the Greek alphabet that reminds our “t”. No mysteries about
the name nor about about the design, conceived by Rodolfo Dordoni, which is simple and plain but at the same time has a personality. Tau's appearance is of strong impact: a “tight dress” made of die-cast aluminium alloy, declined in three shiny versions, gloss white, gloss black or chrome. Tau is shining also because of its shape, that allows the light to be spread from both ends, so that lamp's body stands out.
Furthermore, Tau is small, just 20 cm of height and 25 of maximum width, so it fits well on naked walls, maybe coupled with another Tau, just like a pair of precious earrings. Tau is the ideal choice for elegant and refind rooms but with the white “dress” can fit the most different environments.
