Essential, trim, elegant. Here is 2198 “summed up” in three adjectives, that certainly are too little to properly describe this beautiful and refined table or floor lamp by Fontana Arte, designed in 1954. It has the class of the objects of former times: extremely neat and elegant, it is simple as for structure and design, so it can fit countless different positioning – even though it prefers classic environments. 2198 is made up by base, stem and bell-shaped diffuser; the materials and finishings used make the lamp special. The circular base is made of metal but it is aluminium color painted, the thin stem is made in pear wood and the elegant diffuser is made in white blown satin glass. 2198's appearance is delicate and light, chic and miniml. Both in floor and table version 2198 is available in big or small version.
